"As you will recall,
you set our bank, the National Bank of Andrews up
yesterday, (9/26) with your basic email package.
During our "due diligence" process
which we're required to go through as
an OCC regulated institution, I emailed several times with questions,
which were very promptly answered.
Not being a particularly technical person,
I of course had some problems
configuring our email clients to properly. This was compounded by
the
fact that our primary ISP, who carries our current email, didn't
allow
us to send emails on the new account using their smtp server.
I emailed your tech support last night on a
couple of occasions and to
my surprise, received almost immediate responses back on both occasions.
Not only were the responses extremely helpful, they were quite lengthy
and very complete.
When I again had problems today, again, almost
immediate response was
received by your tech support.
In this day and age, outstanding customer service
is not found that
