Swishmail offers all customers a 30 day, unconditional guarantee of satisfaction. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with our services or chooses not to continue their hosting with us during the first 30 days of service, a full refund will be made of the fees paid by the customer for those services up to the date of termination - including our setup fees!

We request only that any customer who chooses to discontinue service fill out a survey form (available by request), so that we can work to avoid any future problems for other customers. Also, customers who repeatedly sign up and cancel under this guarantee, presumably in order to avoid their hosting fees indefinitely, will be considered ineligible for the guarantee.

Please note that cancellations at any other time will receive a pro-rated refund for paid but unused time. Setup fees are non-refundable after the 30 day period expires. Charges for disk or bandwidth overusage or domain name NIC fees are also not refundable.

* Setup fee is not refundable at anytime if Swishmail registers your domain name with a domain name registrar on your behalf.
