Q. Can I use my own domain name for the e-mail system?

A: Yes. You will be able to create accounts using @yourdomainname.

Q. Can you host my email without hosting my website?

A. Certainly. We will supply you with instructions in which you will change only the MX record.

Q. How long does it take for my system to be usable after I setup an account at Swishmail?

A: Once we send you instructions through email, it may take up to 48 hours for any Name Server or MX record change to propagate throughout the internet.

Q. Can I upgrade to a different hosting plan in the future?

A: Yes, you may upgrade to a different hosting plan at anytime. Just notify any Swishmail representative and indicate which plan you wish to upgrade to, and your account will be upgraded immediately.

Q. Can I have more than one domain name for a single account? What is a domain alias?
